In 2021, I took on a position as an individual contributor for a consulting firm focused on business development and recruiting.

We were offering a new approach to recruiting salespeople, support with remote business development, plus a new product.

We offered a way for sales leaders to have the best chance to reach their targets.

I was able to convert our first paying customer.
